I'll be able to provide more detail about the acquisition and future Tuesday or Wednesday.

For those of you who have written me, I'm mowing through the emails as quickly as possible. 

There's one thing I want to make clear, as I've seen it mentioned in various places (by some contributors) -- and this is off the record: the management team didn't make a dime off this acquisition. No payout. Zip -- in fact for some, a net loss. I hope that's clear.
